harvest the same day we cook our menu items. We raise
Northern Thai chicken's for their unique meat and free range eggs,
all free of hormones, steroids and vaccines.
Beef we source from family that raise small herds in rural locations,
grazed on fresh grass and watering in local streams.
Our farm grown vegetables and herbs use techniques that encourage
strong soil health such as low to no-tilling, crop rotation including rejuvenation crops.
We focus on using little to no commercial herbicides or pesticides.

A core tenant to our
philosophy is transparency. In the modern world unethical producers
will co-opt healthy concepts such as free range and organic,
turning them into marketing gimmicks that no longer have meaning, the
solution is transparency.
